Plain Water Theory

Today had a chat which i learn something new, a lot of thigs that we experience especially friendship we should apply the PLAIN WATER THEORY.

A quote Friendship is a gift for yourself.

A friend and truelly a friend it is just like a plain water.

It have taste that cannot be explain (maybe sweet or bitter).
It have the colour that cannot be named. (it is transparent)
It have no forms it can take. (it takes any form of a container)
It have no smell that can stink. (smelless)

A friendship is so precious as it is just like plain water where it can quench a person thirst when in need. Water is such an important factor where it plays an important part in everybodys life. Without water no man can survive!

No man is an island.

Friendship is also the same. It is important in all parts of everyones life. Without them around we would have gone bonkus already.

But the effect of the water applies also, Boiling, evaporations and freezing point.

Boiling
although water get boil, after part of the water is evaporated off and left on it own it will again go back to its calm self and remain harmless.

Evaporations
Things although will be forgotten, but it will still lies some where. It will always be around no matter where it will just follow you unknowlingly.

Freezing
Things get soild and cold, but it strength understanding and quite things down. It will become strong where it is stronger then any of other its form.

Water the mother of life, is also a Zen lesson for us to learn. Water the stream of hope and joy.

Learn the way of water.

It is only today, it might not happened again.

It will happened again?

Everything is all subject to the power of impermance, from the day we are born we are subject to this factor with no other disscussion. It is an important factor where not everyone is able accpet it. But we must face it, we grow old, ugly, wear off and later die, being a pill of dust which will be gone in a gust of wind time.

We have to thank this for happening also. Imagine you hate your friend and 1 day you all both found that along was just a communication breakdown where everything happened is along a joke. With this factor it have help us to overcome the feeling of hatrated.

We have always put so many desire in our life, we aim for so many things that in the end where it go? It will soon belong to someone else. We fight for so many things during our life time but have we forgotten that after fighting so long how muchh have we lost.

Maybe some people is so into their working life they lost their friends slowly, soon their family even the mother who love him most will have to wither and die. Then to find out that everything have been lost, having the most power, the most money it does help as all real feelings that is lost is unable to be buy back by money or being call back by a single comand.

Everthing take place for a purpose, it is not there only, it helps, is just like climbing up a flights of stair it bring you to greater heights. We should be broad in our mind and heart being able to accpet everything that is being wash and eroided by impermance.

I think sometimes we are just to protective to our self where we give ourself excusese to not to push ourself where everthing is all the while safe and there is still more rooms for improvement all more time can be use for something but it is all wasted in some other activities. Time is just like a hour glass where the send is just decreasing and gets lesser and lesser.

I sit on the floor today, i am able to do this because i am strong and healthy, but my grandmother is unable to do so. She have problem both sitting and standing up if she sit on the floor. She is also being wash by the god of imperance where nothing helps and able to prevent it from coming. We must do things that we want to do when we are young and healthy but remember dun do the worng things.

No matter how good you are once you start doing the bad thing, it will have comeback one. You might not realise it because we are young and healthy, but when the day we become old, weak, fragile, this will come and haunt us. We are unable to stop this energy from coming, it will still come because we have done wrong. But we must be able to forgive ourself and remine others not to do it anymore.

Things will be over, all just like a cup of water being evaporated off slowly. But as it evapourate the water becomes thicker and sweeter, but when it is the last drop there will be no use as it cannot really save a man who is dehydrating.

Lets put all our hands togetheres and thanks all all activities that is happening around us. It allows us to learn something new which is beneficial to us.

How to strike a Balance ?

Recently there are news about young Men going into JB and have "Fun" there. Why do they go there because 1 Main reason they dun get to see familiar people there. Imagine meeting an uncle at geylang. Or your friends at the Tau hua stall where you are with someone strange. Haha.

But seriously stillthink it is not the correct thing to do it. A few of my friend visit geylang quiet often where i seriouly think that it is something seriously need some reflection. I do hang out at geyalng veryoften maybe more often then them. But i am there to do the correct thing and not those stuff to satisfy a MAN beastly desire.

I MAY BE WRONG!

True without them how can our Mum, Aunt, Sister, Cousin, Friend or worst our GF be safe! I indeed agree that they have help maintain a certain balance to help keep the society going and growing properly. 1 religious teacher also tell me that there might not be any stop in this industry, it will only grow and grow. But no matter we think from which angle it is both wrong and right.

Dun you think so.
This ladies sell their beauty for the benefit of the guys where the guys spent and satisfy their needs there and no case of rape or molestation happened.
Also all this ladies are usually from broken families or from family in need usually financial. The need all this guys to help them. Their Guest are their benefactor, they help them, provide them a source of income.

But think in another angle this ladies are people who are sick(mentally), there are so many job outside and they just lazily sell thier body to all the beast where it most of the time do not benefit themself. Some so called PEI TU MAMA responded that they join this industry because there is need of money and this is No. 1 FAST MONEY! No.2 EASY MONEY.
Seriouly you think if it is your MUM (MOTHER) standing there on the street not selling kueh or newpaper but selling thier body for you to study, you dare and still so THICK Skin to use their money?

Those money are not really clean but it is a need! You walk down along Geylang we see so many old aunties trying to bluff those Ah Peh money, it is really disgusting sia. No matter how many times i see i cannot accept it sia. Imagine you one day just walk along the street SUAY SUAY you see your friend [Na Lei keo Gui] (looking for ladies) what is the feelign sia.

Yes it is a SHIOK feeling that i Definetly agree, but how to face all the people sia?
Face your friends, family maybe your clean and clear ancestor who work damn hard till today.
People always say civic and moral lesson is a waste of tme because everyone all also know do good and do not do bad but how many know what to do?

Sometimes what things is done is done but ya i know some people need such service but most importantly play is play do not get the dieases that will kill YOU! It is damn troublesome you cannot die properly, even die le also got problem putting where. The Goverment is very strick about it. You do not get to put it anywhere off any shelf that allow.

I feel most dissapointed is that those with GF, go and play and have all this services. I am dissapointed in you and if you manage to read this i think you know who you are.
You GF (勤守贞洁，希望您是他的真命天子来接她) but you turn the other way and cannot wait and there it goes. You got face to go and see her a not?

She is a innocient soul, no harming motive and just hope to just be with you. But you betray her trust, her energy, her youth. You should really be banish to some where it deserve some reflection.

For those who have not done it but have the intenion of betraying your GF please i beg you turn back now there is still time to change and discussion. There is always a way out! Dun let her be sad, letting her cry is really your fault!

If you are going with your friends please pull your friends away, give them advice, dun dwell with them or allow them to sink in themself, use your hand of courage to pull them back.

I dun know this are all my personal thinking. Yes people say i am not a person who is morally right because i did things that i should not have done but among all the 5 precept i have never break this at all. This is something that will affect a lot of things. It is not about individual but it will affect the family!

Being back

Have not been blogging for a few months already and not i am sure that i am back.

I have many wonderful experience to share around where i think it helps mein reflecting my present life. I am very happy that i have so many wonderful experience happening around me where it have beautify so much of my current life.

Although there are challenges to come by, it really spices up my life and memories. I have to say that i thank those of you appearing in my life where you are there to challenge me. It is reallly Challenging but it have make me grown and think.

A lesson to share

Every hand we have is fix with 5 fingers. every time we work with 1 finger the amount of energy is limited and it very fragile. But the whole thing become a different story when you put all 5 fingers together and make it into a fist. A fist is so much stronger and it is able to be a source of strength and protection.

We have to unite and think as 1 to work well and smoothly where things are able to operate smoothly and causing synergy to occur (1+1=3). In the oldern days people use the exchange of meat and animal heart to represent this simple move, isn it so smart of them.

We should all work in 1 mind and one team to have and gain the maximum.

We woke up especially late at 9am where Breakfast end at 10am. We woke up and change quickly and our dear sleeping beauty is still in her lala land... Muah haha

Then at the First world Restaurant, it was like a moment with so many hungry ghost... Reallly haunted.... Everyone was like rushing and goarging down food that they can find which was so un bearable.

But I think i was 1 of them too. haha so hungry...

Hi Peeps this is my last day at genting. Wow it was so fast as it was already the last day of our 3D2N Trip preety fast and fruitful. We are so lazy that we hide in our bed till like 10am where I woke up and started changing.

In the end, we end up leaving our room at nearly 11.45am. Took our laguage to the holding area and then go for our BRUNCH (Lunch N Breakfast). It was an expensive Brunch where it cos me eating $24++ of Nasi Pandang, can you imagine a sotong cost $6. haha

But it was filling after all, then we spent most of our waiting time at starbuck, sitting down, dozing off and blowing cold wind. These are most of our activities that we had done on the last day.

We reach SG at around 9pm where i call my nice Dad to come and pick all of us and send us to all our place. Where i have to illustrated my whole story to my Dad on the taxi...

This is our gathering at Marina Square at Suki Yaki. It was a dissapointing meal as it look very delicious outside but it was a terrible variety of choice of meal. haha

Feeling a bit bored this week cos never make myself productive. Just slack and watch TV and sleep... I want to Go HIT the gym and Go for a swim.

Last wee went not this week. Sian most people are not free and have many stuff to do. That includes me too, the most important thing of money is slightly solve, but now is about the supply.

I think i am very happy that i have a lot of silent blessing from many people as my news of departure have spread to a friend of my who i have not seen for 2 years. Thus i think a lot of people wish me full of good luck.

I thnk it is both a break and a stress for me to go genting as I have lesser time spent with my family and others. But i think i am treating it as a Zhuo Shan Kan Hai Trip. Just to R&R, I hope Bro Seong will give me fun and laughter.

Hi peeps

I am back, have a lot of updates to do, most important is Chinese new year and other gatherings and some updates. But All this will be push to a later day.

It was My Birthday Yesterday 15.02.2009, turned 19 le. Gosh it is like so fast.
Spent a very quiet day at work and also after work. No party, no games , actually all dun have. i am like feeling an above average dissapointment which i dun know how to describe.

I feel heartbroken in total. Really feeling everything crushing to the ground, I actually have a long story that i thought it might come true on this pathetic day 15 feb and I rose the expectation this year cos it fall on a sunday but it turn out otherwise.

What happened??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Economy crisis = Birthday crisis.

Seriously i am sad, really sad even though i tell myself not to be sad. In short i think like only 3 person remember my birthday.

1. Me (of course is me I was so excited about since 1 feb 2009)

My New year Reflection

As everyone is ushering the year of the Ox in to the new year, I am no difference from anyone else. Doing spring cleaning, decoration, prayers and etc this are what most people do.

Today is Pu Ji Si reunion dinner. We have been greeting one another with auspicious words and many more.

I personally thank Seng Yong, Jian Cong, Joey, Heng Yu, Toh Wee and family who come and help me take up a table.

What is the feeling of when you say 四处遇贵人 and it really come true. Personally i think i am a damm lucky person throughout my life. Today i met really a group of 贵人 who really think make me think and reflect of my life, aspiration, achivement and my aim.

A 贵人（GR) is really someone who will give you word and support that will lead you to the correct way and direction. I think ar my friend SEONG will always make me think of all the things in my life whether i am doing it right.

GR not only come in a form that is good but also in a form of critismism and motivation.

I have met this issue today.

The question is what do you want in life???

I also do not know since when i have know him. Compared to Seng Yong(SY) he is the more serious kind and more quiet person.

Jian Cong I do not really know him at first until dun know when then we started to be very close.

Jian Cong generally is a guy who is very strong and have a great sense of humor. Under many situation he is the one who act very calmy and react accordingly to things. Being a more introvert he is both a good follower and a leader. He being naturally a very caring person, he provides care and concern to his friends when they are in need of support.

Jian cong being a romantic person, he is able to plan and have many ideals to please his GF when there is a need. In many cases he potray a sense of protection to his GF to represent his Love towwards her. Being impatient at time, it have been a disadvantage to him as this cause him to be in small fights.

Being understanding, he is able to forgive and forget incident very quickly which show his broad mind of handling things. Jian Cong being a very open person, he is both able to listen and share his views on many converstaion topics.

Jian Cong have play a major role in my life as both a facilitator and a guilding light.

I remember once for some incident where i suddenly burst into tears infront of both my friends and juniors, jian cong stand out and bring me a silent corner. i still remember he hug me.haha. I think it is the warmth of friendship in him that can really make him a friend.

I was horribly sick for almost 1 month during my sec 3 days, where i remember he came to visit me in the hospital with his GF(Then) at night after his badminton practice which was really tiring for him. I really appreciate that.

I also remember vivdly, on my first day back to school when he first saw me he can with a joking kiss sia... So gay... But it was an expression. (BTW JC it hit the nose). His potray of friendlyness and hospitable make him very approachable and amiable.

JIan Cong Today your birthday, i wish you a happy 19 birthday, may all be well and smooth.

Seng Yong

Honestly i really cannot remember how i know him, I only remember that one day we call him out to study with us at Macdonals and there cause the story to goes on and on.

Personally i think Seng yong is a person of friendlyness, fun , crazy and smart.

As dispict in all the pictures he appears with many many kind of patterns at different places. Most imporatantly is fun, Fun is instill in him where he can bring laughter and joy to people who are surrounding him.

He is know to me to be very smart as he topped in school everyyear and have not let his standart down. Seng yong is also a person of high level of reflection, where he really reflects on his wrongdoings and do his evaluation very critcally.

Having some practice in meditation, he is a person of strong understanding and consist of high level of concentration.

He have been my guilding light since sec 3 where he appears to be a big brother to me. Even though he is only slight older than me by 2 month, but i still look upon him as my motivation.

Seng yong is able to provide me with advices that are critical and provide me support when i am in need.

On many times of my down times, Seng yong have brought me through with consoling words but not to forget on reflections too. He really makes you do your reflection.

Being the eldest in the family, he potray a big brother feeling in front of his siblings and also take care of them well. Although he do have his feelings and emotion too, he never show it in front of his friends and family that is very rare.

Seeing him as a boyfriend to his parter, he is a caring and lovable person. he provides atttention and TLC(Tender,loving, care) towards her. Time have also proven that he is a loyal person which he will only stick to his GF.

Overall as I do not have an Elder brother, i always look upon Seng Yong as my elder brother.

I can only post this Posttings to appreciate my appreciation towards this big brother of mine.

I just suddenly ahve the motivation to do this post. I wanna use this post to thank 2 person who have play a little role in my life and have help me.

Just a little brief intro: the pic above is me, seng yong, jian cong , yu ren and Jordan (in circle

We might look werid in this Pic cos we are in a training camp in Brunie for 12 days.

We are all drench that day as it was raining heavily that day.

Introduction: We meet one another all in MJR as prefect when we are all junior prefects only.
With a special affinity, we get to go camps, workshop, meeting and run school events together as a group(In group photo). Our bonds just get so close that we can do almost everything together and talk of all subjects.

We grow up unknowingly, where we proceed to lead and educated others.

Jian Cong: Senior Prefect(department Head), Captain of MJR badminton team

Yu Ren: Senior Prefect, Vice-Chairperson of Mjr Chinese Orchestra

Myself: Senior Prefect, Chairperson of MJR Buddhist interact club.

We move on where we pursue our different interest. In the years, it was the experience that we have gain that also help us in our present situation, our passion have not die where it is still continuing in our free time as a volunteer.

With the experience that we have gain and the friendship we have formed, it have now help us to manage our life, our relationship and our education.

When i was brousing the pictures i feel very proud of what i did, i think it is the sense of accomplishment.

I feel very stress for this whole events as it lasted for 22 days and the plannign process starts since Febuary. I am being assign as the religious department head.

I lead one of the biggest team where it consist of 60 of 五湖四海 of brothers and sisters. I did not knew that i have done this.

Through this events i have learn many things, which help me to see things more flexibly.

I have also understand how to work with people and managing a project.

Honestly event managment is fun but it is extra STRESSFUL.

It have make me breakdown at least 3 times which was really not motivational.

The aftermath can also be very serious. I wish those of you who are in events please put all your heart in.

i find ou that i have lost my determination in many many things, how come this happens?

While kayaking, i can just give up not considering my safety, I can just dun bother of some stuff that get on my nerve which i will try to rectify last time. I can just dun feel like doing something and forget about it.

What have happened?

Other change for the good of them self but i am not only turning from bad to worst but very Cham(hokkient).

i admire how sy is think and how he do things, he really progress. his standarts are climbing up the stairs always which is a good sign.

Since sec 2 knowing him, he have done all different ways to improve himself.

I am thinking now but i am face with quite a few challenges. I am wondering how to overcome it.

Now: 18 Poly Year 2 Dip LRM
2009: 19 Poly Year 3 - Aim OSIP (learn to survived on my own for 5 months)
2010: 20 Graduated with Dip, gong for 2 years of army ...

This is the part that I think that both hinders me. Army have both positive impacts and negative impact.
Positively: It train me up and etc
Negatively: It is a bit of wasting of my time ... It is 2 years !!!!

By the time i am out it is 22.... @ 2012

My wish is that I hope to work for 2 challenging years. (I heard from my uncle his place is a challenging one) (Thinking whether to go there/ Do he accept me???)

After working 2years it will be then 24... I hope either I can survive with a Dip or i would pursuit for a Degree... (Where to get a degree?? S'pore or Overseas?)

Assuming the worst I have 3 years for degree it will then be 27....!

Wah 27 so old le no Job no Family (assuming No Life)

I hope to get a job then, no matter any kind of position and work my way through....
I assume to have my girlfriend by then too ... :) hehe

I think it will be the already very late to settle @ 30. Aim to get things done by 30.

Get a House assuming @30 with a 25years loan. Gosh! need to work till 55 then can return everything.
(I assume i never get rich, But I will)

The plan above are just only my aim, i hope I can achieve it all. I think most of my friends can do it too only if they work hard.

I am being post a question today: When you get a Job (occupation) will you do it well with quality or just anyhow do?

I have came across a few cases where they are being provided a job, they started it out with enthusiatic power but die off after a while. Why did they die off , I assume

1. Nothing to do, boss never say anything
2. Just want to lead a quite life
3. No hopes in life , a day means a day only.
4. There are more people out there who wants me.

This are all my assumsion. Hmmm it is time to think and motivate.

School reopen again... I have found out a few things of the young singapore attitude.

We are just ourself and we are mostly not open to learning. Have you thought why learning have become so difficult at times?

One factor is because we always think we are right and cose ourself up.
Many gave many many cmment when they are being taught (Negative comment), It is just only a start , if you cannot take the starting lesson how are you going to progress???

I found out that if you always take everthing as a learning lesson/Place... it will some how or so make life extreamly easy as you will not assume and many other factors.

Life is just a place for learning...

Recently many things happened, Went kayaking and had a good tan but I have found out that I had Change to someone who is very lazy, low moral, etc (that you can explain) . ..

How come i have become so complacent for everything. I want to win but did I won???
I may with the tangible assets, but I have lost all the intangible side of me that includes My fighting spirit, my moral values , my discipline you name it I have it all.

I was told "Everyone all make mistake, Firstly can you forgive them? Then if you cannot do it, how can you hope that people would forgive you if you cannot do it."

I agree to this but I would like to stop all this from happening, how can I??

I hate to go to place which always bring me trouble instead of happinese... I am feeling very sick about it.

Grand Aunt just passed away, the leader of the whole family have gone into her deep sleep.

I have been lazing around for the few days by not doing the things that i am suppose to finish and take it to disscussion room asap. I think it is just a time to rest by not thinking so much for the time being.

Review on my exam results ... It is very bad this time receive 4C and only 1B, need to repent on this issue.

I really hope that i can go to OSIP but i am afraid of my result. It is a spent of 5 Nice months at some where some how... haha. I will be a great challenge to me if i get seleted. how i wish i can go, no matter where no matter how. Hey guys out there work and do something too.

Through all the whole month and planning, I have learn that I like to make things big. Simple thing can be solve as soon as possible but i only like to make things worst without consulting the person. This is my problem.

I am really very subjective to myself. If you know me, do you think that i have include a lot of "I Mean" in many of my sentences. I am only surrounded by myself and living in the world of myself.

Always remember, do not push anyone to his end or put your own standards on others. This will make everything worst, you will have many many problem if you do this. Everyone have their own feelings too, do not hope that everyone feel what you are feeling.

I hope that I will advance from here.

I am having many many nosenses recently. How i wish that it is only just a dream, It is so irratating and frustrating. Sy and Jc I am sorry if i have had made myself an idoit in front of you but i thank you to listen all my idoitic story.

I am now in my delima to quite or not, I am feeling so dissapointed to continue but guilty for dissapointing others. How to be more objective then subjective?

So what that they form a party to go against me. CAn they reach my standarts? This is a very subjective question by me.

I am try very hard to control my feelings and emotions but it is getting very challenging.

Does any one have any advices???

I think that it is myself who is making life difficult for everyone and not people making life difficult for me. How can hatand up for i change this Attitude? I think that it is so hard to control, it make me feel so coward and I do not dare to stand up for myself. I want a break but can any one understand. I understand that eveyone need a break but we need to collaborate and not being avoiding or blaming one another.

面如淨滿月，
亦如放光明。

Many incident had happened that have cause me to grow up and know how things are more like it.

Life is not as easy as it look it is much more complicated as it look, i wonder how people survive outside. I now understand myself better that usual which i have mostly over look at. I think that i have not reach the correct stage to make really decisive and objective decision. I know that i have become a single man Island, it is a difficult job but i must pick up slowly.

But sometimes being so frustrated with many things, it is really very difficult to control. Me being a person who is very rush and unrational at time have had caused me many undesirable situation.

I am really sick of some things already but i am stuck in some decision making.

I have now really understand how my friends felt already last time. I thank them for having played a part in my life which colour it with many colours.
I have really never understand myself really, even with the guildance of my best friends i have never knew myself. I think that sometimes i am really a loser but have never thought what cause me to be a loser.

I have always forced myself to win but i have never understand the meaning of being quiet and peacful. I thank this event that have shape me to another Alex which he understand himself slightly. This a training for myself and a exposure for myself.

I really did not understand my friends and family properly, I always put people in my shoes and not me in people shoe. I thank you for making the things happened in front of my eyes and allow me to understand things much better.

My friends out there if you get to see this post, I apologise for all my nonsense action in the past. I now know how you feel and how things can be much better. I am sorry about it.

Life is not like a smooth sailing ship, it is fill with storm and many other weather which cause it to be broken and will be repaired and upgrade which make it stronger aginst all this challenger.

Haizz what is happening to people now. Is the word turning up side down? I have now understand, my people want to be the good man and think that they are the good man but on the ther hand they did not knw that they ave play the part of being the bad...

I try to boost my moral and h0ld my emotion back. I know everyone is fighting for survival but most are not doing the correct way. I have learn and experience a lot of things which I am learning not to make the mstake but i have found out that I have been doing it times and again. Doc how to take it away.

I try my best but not to the best yet.

Why people do not want to cooperate? Don't they feel that it is not being effective and slowing down a lot of things. Why people are having 2 face dun they think that they are very Jian.

Hi Doctor

It have been 6 months since I last consult you.

I am feeling so tired now after Prefect Camp. At last satisfy many of us wish of having an internal camp in MJR. It was a challenge to me, being a non people oritented person I had a hard time dealing with people.

I really like to thanks doc you here that you did hear me and help me out.

On the first day I know that I was quite not concentrated with my group as I have been telling myself that i cannot do it after having dissapointed so many times. I know yuyue is trying her very best to kind of motivate them but it was to avail. She voice out her problem with me but I sort of ignore most of it. I am so sorry about this.

Being the food IC is really not easy as it is a challenge to coordinate and need to do a lot of assumssion. First day was slightly pissed by Ms Wong because she just kept on pestering me for the same and repeated food issue. But still got over it.

That Uncle ar... Really give me problem man! Hey i really cannot accept that $4 i s such food. I know that he is trying to cheat me but i still let him cheat me.

But 1st day was fine. No really much problem.

Second day morning almost burn myself with hot water. luckily it is only a little part of it, Run off with freezing water. Food was so shit, firstly no chilli then not enough most important is NOT enough. WTH.

I learn that we have to take responsiblilty in our life. Just like prefects who did not take responsibility in their action it causes someone else not to have their dinner. I amm also at fault too. Haha....

But Most important is the si lang dei mia yao siew betty golder retriver! It gobble 3 loaf of bread, wtf, and also ranksack my rubbish which i need to clear. Hate it man. But I was so heng that people have enought to eat . Sao bao cibei....

you so great, sorry that i did not come and visit you for a long time very the sorry. i know your greatness but i am just too far from it. The lesson you gave was very difficult but i hope i will understand again.
I know i am tired but i also know that I am also resting the same time. I really want to progess faster and higher, but i have a feeling of regressing which is worrying me. I have try to be silent but i just sometimes cannot take it. Are we that terrible, I feel that I am now at a crossway juntion. Who can bring me through. I am just too lost.
Everyone have a dream but things cannot be done without effort and most important the heart and passion. I want to change but I did not put in that effort. Although they see me to be a very cultivated person, but I think I have not. I hope I can be less self-fish. So i just hope that I can just be better.

i just wonder why we are just not putting the fullest effort, we should be just plainly to lazy. i repent after every meal as i know i have wasted the energy doing things that are not right. I am sometimes stuck but also lost.

hey Great doctor

sorry to visit you after so long... times flies so fast holidy is ending... Recently so many activities occur, it is to much to recall. Really forgotten a lot... My result we the below average hence next term must work harder to score.

The 22 sep carnival was a crazy and fun one. I really unlock the fun side of me as it was suppose to be fun... Although business was slow but i think most of the volunteer enjoyed... I am sorry my friends that your business was slow and instrution was not properly given. I am sorry. Overall the whole thing is really fun, hence Shi Fu do not be dissapointed and continue to work harder we will succeed one day. I felt a sense of satisfation when you accomplish the whole activity successfully. Hence I pray hard for the next year.

Life is a book that is fill with diffrent colours that represent different things. 亚妹 and i was discussing some things which make me reflect that is there a need to know so many thing as sometimes knowing too many thing bring disaster. I know it as i experience it before. But there is also a saying that if you know and share it will benefit others also. I agree to both but like what some people say 做人就是矛盾的. no comment to this.

Adding on i find that i like to spot people mistake which i cannot see mine. and i think this is the loop hole of mine. I really hope that i can spot mine and correct my problem... Life is difficult but we looks weak but we are not.

Hi Great Doctor

I have long long time never see you already. I hope that my illness have some recovery.

My health have deteorated, must be due to the stress and lack of rest during exam period.
Confirm must be my body want to 算账 with me, I am sorry my body. I have not treated you well.

Recently there is so many things happening, I am slightly troubled and do not know want to do. Firstly is my health firstly is my leg which i sprain it while on the way home. My granny suspect it is done my 'good brothers' which I think it is due to my clummsyness. Haha... Bless me man I have 3 consultation and it is now slightly better. Next is my throat it is a little inflame. I think it should be alright soon. Yu ren father told me that i need to loss weight all else it will affect me greatly... I must start to do my exercise NOW!!!

Ladies is a big problem they are so overly sensitive. really do not know how to break out the news to her it is really terrible to tell someone that you are going through menopause. Dearest Great Doctor

I am in deep deep deep trouble i have not be able to control myself, i am really abusing the internet. I am watching Porn all the time i am online. Why have I give in to the desire? I am really stupid, i have disclose my hidden self but why it is still not working? Do I really need someone a professional? I am really very sad and dissapointed with myself. Why I just cannot do it, why why... I really hope that someone can come to my help. My action i think have affected me a lot. I always tell myself to control myself and quit it but i always give in. I really regret about my action, i really want to be normal. I admire my friends who can do it very well but why not me. when i was younger I can control it as there was no internet and other arousing source. I approach Jacqueline but not this problem. I really fear that I will be tag as abnormal. I used to tell people the best advice that i have and hope that it is practical to them, but why not myself. What is the cause of this, is it when I was younger i lack of love or because I am lonely. i fear the feeling of lonely but I always lied to myself that i am not. I do not know why is it like that?

My life is in a terrible state especially when exams are near and now i need really apush to get all my As. Doctor i face you everyday but there is no solution what to do, i am really at my corner. The light is getting dimmer, but i am tring to brighten the place. Hey guys i really do not know how to slove my own problem, do you have any solution. Doctor I know it everything is like a fireworks it boom and die, this is impermenant 无常. But I am not getting a solution from it, so where can i get. I kill my time with unproductive activity and not on proper activity.
I open my eyes wide to things that are wrong but not the beautiful things.
I listen to undesirable stuff but not the teaching of the wise.
I smell the blood but not the pure.
I taste the cruel but not the compassionate.
I feel the hate but not the love.
I feel the jelously but the pride.
I feel the anger but not the happiness.
I feel something but not the thing.
So what do i really want.

I observe and know that people dislike me due to many factors, like the way i deal with things, my way of carry myself, the religion i have, the language that i use and many etc. I know I konw i never turn a blind eyes about that but i do not know how to deal with it. I always think i am right But never put myself in other shoes. I blame others for my "correct" values and never value theirs. I want my friends back. Doctor you know i want the last time back. But i know i t will not already. I am purly angry and never accpet them, why I really do not know why. Is it because of my aunt, since young we have developed a barrier to that. IS it true? I really do not know? I know because of this main factor that cause me to be seprated. But we share the same colour of blood;red we are one.

I always know that there is God the heavenly one who made this place and us. I always belive and know that he had accomplish his job and is now taking a rest. But does anybody know about it. I now only ask the doctor for help but not others. My friends i hope you people understand i choose because i think it is more related to me. But i find that some of you are not choosing but follow with your's eyes close. This is completely unacceptable. I only want you all to feel for yourself but if you think that your is enough then i will keep my mouth shut. I know you people have the same feeling also of lonely but this will only help temporary ; i do not know. My dear widom why do you want to mould me into this shape. I feel rejected and not accepted. I see people being selfish but i saw mine too.

Does anyone feel for me sometimes i am being abuse really abuse in terms of speech. I have swallowed all down and kept quiet as I think that it is good to let you people explode and forget about my own self. I always consider for others and never consider for myself. I know it but i have never share it out as i know people will gang up and fight me which i will get abuse eventually. I am so stupid untill i uses money which was concluded that people 见钱眼开. I am completely dissapointed but i only want them back. this continued on which i remember i lost everything within a night. I lost all my power, my authority, my build up, my friends and my feeling. I just loss all, why am i so stupid to give up, i might do things better instead.

i am completely an IDOIT. I never expect it although i predicited it to happened already. I realy hope some appology but i did not received any or maybe 1. I was left alone than lable as someone powerful and need to be push down before they get threaten. I was a high flyer then but not now already. I was completely destroy by them and never want to do it again. I was sad very sad but what to do but to accomodated. I really feel like leaving but because not to disapoint some one i stayed. I was throw to do authority but dirty job where others get the better one. I really felt insulted hence i stand up again which this time i fail very very badly. I was in my deep pit but only with little light. I gave up completely and do not want it again as i know how i was name as.

i forgive but have anyone forgive me. I do not know and do not want to assume. I want to focus but how i need the attention but how. Exam are very very near i need to give my fullest attaention but always get distracted. Doctor i hope you know how i feel i am cold without warmth. I need help but who. hey Great Doctor

I am really very sorry for not coming for 2 days. Let me reflect what i have done on sunday. Sunday was like purely studying, I studied only OB and some econs. It was very draining but what to do i am preparing myself for the future. It is really so much nothing to talk too much about.

Yesterday i was dammed tired hence i went to bed at 8pm. Very early right! Yesterday went to school for econs and OB. OB lecturer was very fast but it was easy to catch her clue. I also do not know why i fall a sleep in the lecture hall very sad ah!!! After that went to clarify some doubts with the lecturer, it was quite understandable. JOHARI WIDOW no need to study. haha do not know why, maybe to difficult to apply. After that went home for dinner and after dinner Ah ma pester me to go down with her when i want to watch news. But watch news first, then go. It is the annual lunar 7 month to me aka the annual air pollution day.

Doctor i really need help. On sunday and yesterday i watch porn. PORN, PORN, PORN and also i PCC 3 times and almost everyday PCC once. My 心魔 have been activated again how I do not want to be crazy again. I do not know why, although people say it is ok. But i felt so not so good.
